All of our ingredients are safe for any treated hair. However, if you had recently done any kind of chemical services within a week prior to your head spa appointment, there is a chance that the color or keratin may lift during our detoxing process. We suggest guests wait at least 7 days after any sort of hair treatment prior to getting a head spa service.
For the health of your hair, Service will conclude with a simple 80% blow-dry.
Please let us know if you are expecting! Some guests may be concerned about being exposed to certain herbs and oils such as lavender while they are expecting. Also, guests are to lie flat on their backs during the service, so if you are unable to do this we suggest that you wait to book your appointment until after your delivery. We recommend consulting with your doctor before your appointment to ensure it aligns with your specific pregnancy needs.

We cannot perform services on customers with extensions, braids, or sew-ins, as these obstruct access to the scalp and pores. Guests with infections relating to the skin and scalp are not able to receive services nor are guests with any sunburns to the scalp. For safety concerns, our services are contraindicated for guests who have recently undergone surgery whether medical, reconstructive, or cosmetic.
To prepare for your appointment, we recommend coming in comfortable clothing and with hair that has been detangled to the best of your ability.
While we do detangle your hair before the treatment, excessively tangled hair may deduct time from your head spa session.
